Rate Changes

In order to keep my pool of suitors small, I do occasionally make rate adjustments. When changes are made to my rates, I attempt to grandfather in as many people as possible at my prior rates. If you are using my legacy rates, you can reference them here. If you are unsure about whether or not these rates are applicable to your booking, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Screening

Screening is non-negotiable. Please refer to my booking page to view the available options.

Deposits

I require a $300 deposit for all incall bookings in order to cover the cost of booking our accommodations. Deposits may be paid via Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, or Bitcoin (fresh address provided). I do not require deposits for outcall bookings within an hour of my location. I know that this is an unusual choice, but I have done so to create an environment of mutual trust. As a result, I only ask for deposits in instances where I am expecting an upfront cost on my end.

Compensation

I currently offer multiple methods of compensation: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Bitcoin, and tap-to-pay card. Please note that Venmo, CashApp, and card payments will incur a 3% service fee and Bitcoin will incur a 10% service fee. If you are planning to use Bitcoin, the full amount must be sent one hour before the start of the date for dates under 6 hours in order to allow for the lengthy processing time. A unique wallet address will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can get in the way of our bookings at times and have attempted to create a cancellation policy that is as lenient as possible. However, if I feel that my leniency is being abused, I may opt for a stricter policy or decline future booking requests.

Bookings with deposits that are cancelled within 24 hours of the date may result in a forfeited deposit if I have made a non-refundable hotel/travel booking by then. If not, I will return the deposit amount back to you using the same method paid. For FMTY bookings, if the cancellation occurs before airfare is booked, the deposit will be returned. Otherwise, it will be forfeited. If I am the one cancelling the booking, the full deposit amount will be returned to you within 24 hours.
